1. Improvement of literacy rate of the population in the municipality. 2. Provision of quality basic education. 3. Provision of adequate and better school facilities.

1. Establishment of non-formal training within the municipality. 2. Provision of occupation training skills foe social and economic development.

HEALTH:

Health Services

1. Reduction of mortality and morbidity rate. 2. Improvement in the nutritional status of pre-school malnourished children and the entire population. 3. Improvement in the environmental sanitation, 4. Strengthening of rural health services to reach all segments of population.

PROTECTIVE:

Protective Services

1. Solicit maximum participation of barangay in crime and delinquency prevention in the community. 2. Acquire additional facilities for the PNP. 3. Recruit additional policemen and fireman commensurate to the requirements of the municipality.

HOUSING:

Housing Services

1. Regulate unplanned housing construction and settlements by the enforcement of zoning subdivision and ordinance and building codes. 2. Improvement of existing sub-standard dwelling units. 3. Maintenance of good residential area.

1. Rehabilitate mainourished children. 2. Assist low income families through the self-employment program. 3. Increase the delivery of quality social services, specially to the unserved population. 4. Increase disaster and crisis preparedness.
